We organized "Ladies First - Womb Health and Wellness Conference" (The V Con) to create a safe and empowering space for discussing taboo topics surrounding women's reproductive health. We're grateful to the 273 attendees who made the conference a success. The V Con took place at Philadelphia Seaport Museum, featuring interactive sessions, panel discussions, and informative workshops on various topics like hormones, menopause, menstruation, sex, vaginal health, breast health, nutrition, and gut health. The event fostered a strong sense of community, connecting like-minded individuals and creating a support system. The conference achieved its goal of breaking barriers and promoting reproductive well-being. We thank everyone involved, from the attendees, speakers, panelists to the sponsors, vendors and volunteers for their contribution. Let's carry this momentum forward to empower women's health. ❤️

If you are like me and millions of other Americans, the cold, dark winter months can be tough to get through. I just want to stay in bed, under the covers and do nothing but mope and bury my emotions next to my pillow. But responsibilities jerk us out of our beds and into the day feeling like we are being dragged to do things.
